I am one of those who thinks that good user-centered design -UX- has to do with strategic decisions based on data analysis and its interpretation.
A data-informed approach allows us to examine data in order to better serve customers and consumers. The better the user experience measured with KPIs, the higher the level of satisfaction, or in other words, more sales and greater engagement.
PRODUCT DESIGN
It is essential for me to be present in all phases of the product design process; from research, wireframing, conceptualization, and prototyping -UI- in low and high fidelity with interactions, meetings with other departments, handoff with developers, testing, to the measurement of KPIs and achievement of objectives.
I approach the development of each project with an agile mindset according to the business objectives set.

I firmly believe that with optimal planning and organization of a company’s resources, we can directly improve the employee experience and indirectly, the customer experience.
Many times when faced with the same product for sale, we opt for the one that offers better service during the entire process. In many cases, the service has already become the product itself.

“UX|UI Designer & Architect” –
I’ve spent my recent architectural career wearing many hats – architect, urban planner, and furniture designer – always keeping the client’s requirements at the forefront.
Lately, I’ve been fascinated by the world of UX/UI design. Diving into agile methodologies has opened doors to product and service design within the digital space.
My diverse skillset, honed through multidisciplinary projects and pressure-cooker environments, equips me to make a significant impact on product teams. I bring a blend of creativity, optimism, and resourcefulness to the table. I’m a keen observer, a collaborative team player, and a fast learner, always eager to soak up knowledge through independent study or from my colleagues.
